Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.

Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.

Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

Assist in marketing campaigns, branding, and content creation.

Generate leads and support business development activities.





Coordinate with educational institutions and corporate organizations for partnerships.

Prepare proposals, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Support customer follow-ups and client relationship management.

Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, outreach programs, and promotional events.

Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Interest in Human Resources, Marketing, and Business Development.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.

Interest in aerospace, deep-tech, or technology-driven industries is an added advantage.
