We're looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for open positions across domains.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Interact confidently with senior-level profiles and understand their expectations

Quickly grasp job requirements and technical skill sets needed for open positions

Take full ownership of assigned requirements and close positions independently

Make sound, timely decisions during the recruitment process

Ensure position closures within defined turnaround time (TAT)

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong sourcing, screening & shortlisting abilities

Quick understanding of technical/functional requirements

Ownership mindset with decision-making capability

Self-driven, target-oriented approach
