We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter for CAC business responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process. The role involves identifying suitable talent, managing candidate interactions, and ensuring a smooth recruitment lifecycle
Core Responsibility
1. Sourcing - Searching for candidates using qualified platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn or Indeed), job boards or industry networks.
2. Screening - Reviewing resumes & conducting brief phone interviews to evaluate a candidate's basic qualification, experience, & salary expectations.
3. Interview Coordinating - Presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews and gathering feedback
4. Negotiating - Ensure the initial salary negotiation with the candidates.
Note - Payroll will be from Team Lease
