About Us

We are building an AI-powered Network Reliability Platform that combines Edge Computing, Telemetry, AI, and Network Observability to help businesses automatically detect, diagnose, and explain network failures.

Unlike traditional monitoring tools, our platform uses an Edge Box deployed inside customer networks to collect telemetry, perform AI-powered Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and provide business-friendly insights through dashboards and intelligent alerts.

We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Intern to join our team in Lucknow to help us source, screen, and build a high-performing engineering and startup team.

What You’ll Work On

You will play a key role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment and people operations:

- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates across technical roles (AI/ML, Software, Embedded/IoT) via LinkedIn, campus drives, job portals, and tech communities.
- Screening & Scheduling: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/screening chats, and scheduling interviews with technical leads.
- Onboarding & Employee Engagement: Assisting with seamless onboarding for new hires, setting up workspace/documentation, and coordinating internal team activities.
- HR Operations: Maintaining candidate pipelines, tracking HR metrics, and managing internal HR policies and records.

Responsibilities

- Draft and post job descriptions across various portals and social platforms.
- Manage high-volume resume screening and shortlist relevant profiles.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their interview journey.




- Coordinate on-site interview logistics and assist during initial hiring assessments.
- Help organize team engagement activities and maintain positive workplace culture.
- Support general HR administration tasks and HR database management.

Required Skills

- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with LinkedIn Sourcing.
- People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening.
- Organization: High attention to detail, strong time-management, and multitasking abilities.

Good to Have / Bonus Skills

- Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition at a tech startup.
- Basic understanding of technical roles (AI/ML, Software Development, Hardware/IoT).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR management software.
