Role & responsibilities
- Partner with the HRBP team to support employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with store managers and business leaders on HR-related activities.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Help resolve employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee records.
- Assist in performance management, learning & development, and HR projects.
- Support employee communication and policy awareness initiatives.
- Participate in HR analytics, surveys, and people-related interventions.
