Position: HR Executive (Male candidates & Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Qualification: Graduate in HR/BBA/BMS or MBA (HR) preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to support day-to-day HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts.
- Coordinate the complete onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, NDAs, and other HR-related documents.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Maintain employee data in HRMS/CRM systems and HR trackers.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and resolve attendance-related queries.
- Process PF (EPFO), ESIC, UAN generation, E-Nomination, and other statutory compliance activities.




- Follow up with employees for pending joining and compliance documents.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and monthly HR reports.
- Coordinate with department heads for recruitment and HR-related requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities as assigned.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic understanding of labour laws, EPFO, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using HRMS/CRM software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in HR Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Experience in bulk hiring and employee onboarding.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
