Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

HR & Industrial Relations (IR) Executive to manage HR operations, employee relations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and workforce management in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, union management, and employee engagement while ensuring a harmonious work setting.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.

- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance across the organization.

- Support recruitment, induction, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policies.

- Maintain employee files,



HR documentation, and MIS reports.

Industrial Relations (IR)

- Maintain healthy industrial relations between management and employees.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution.

- Coordinate with labour unions and employee representatives, where applicable.

- Support collective bargaining discussions and settlement negotiations.

- Ensure compliance with standing orders and company policies.

- Foster a positive work culture and maintain industrial harmony.
