Job Summary

Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and offer rollouts.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Conduct employment background verification and communicate with previous employers for reference checks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and regularization requests.
- Draft HR policies, employee communications, warning letters, and official notices.
- Support payroll by maintaining attendance and leave data.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.




- Generate and maintain recruitment and HR reports.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of HR documentation and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in background verification and employee record management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Executive, HR Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Executive.
- Experience working in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HRMS software is preferred.
