Market matches the quality of a fresh fish hawker with the technique and passion of a well-oiled brigade of fish-specialising cooks. The flexibility here is as adapting as it gets, with five platters to choose from, where a variety of seafood and shellfish are prepared to order, such as; crab claws, bulots, limone di mare, clams, mussels, oyster, razor clams and percebes to name a few.
