The culinary approach is deeply rooted in Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system devoted to balance in body and mind, where food plays a central role in healing and wellbeing.

This influence is felt both in the menu and in the tranquil ambience, which together create an experience that feels restorative as much as indulgent. Starters set the tone beautifully, ranging from the velvety dal palak shorba and delicate chicken badami shorba to crisp onion bhaji or the trio plate, which brings together onion bhaji, beef samosa and chicken tikka in one enticing introduction.
