Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Lead D365 F&O; Technical Architect / Lead Developer to lead technical design, X++ development, DevOps, and environment management for D365 F&O; projects. The role requires a strong mix of hands-on development, technical leadership, release management, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical architecture, design, and development of D365 F&O; solutions.
- Develop and review X++ customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports.
- Manage Azure DevOps repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Own LCS and environment management across Development, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environments.
- Design integrations using OData, Dual Write, Business Events, APIs, and Azure services.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning,



and technical quality assurance.
- Mentor developers and establish technical development standards.
- Support solution delivery, upgrades, deployments, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and customer stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 8–12 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O; technical experience.
- Strong expertise in X++, Extensions, Data Entities, DMF, and SSRS.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Build & Release Pipelines, and CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of D365 F&O; architecture, LCS, and environment management.
- Experience with integrations using OData, REST APIs, Dual Write, Dataverse, and Azure services.
- Strong SQL and performance optimization skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and workstreams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Valuable to Have

- MB-500 Certification.
- Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
- D365 F&O; upgrades and code migration projects.
- RSAT and automated testing experience.
- Global multi-country D365 F&O; implementation experience.
