We are hiring for Entry level candidates the post of EHS Officer (HSE Officer)

- Qualification : Diploma in environmnet,Health and Safety and Diploma in (EEE/ECE/Mech)
- Work Location : PAN India(Site based work)
- Salary : Rs.20,000 to 28,000 CTC/Month (Based on experience and knowledge salary may vary)

Role & responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company EHS policies and client safety requirements.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Monitor the proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees.
- Conduct safety induction programs for new employees and visitors.
- Assist in implementing Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and other safety procedures.
- Prepare and maintain EHS records, reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety awareness programs, and emergency preparedness activities.
- Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and assist in investigations.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure secure work practices.
- Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with statutory and client safety requirements.
- Support internal and external EHS audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.




- Promote a positive safety culture across all project sites.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic knowledge of Industrial Safety, PPE, LOTO, PTW, and EHS practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- English is mandatory.
- Hindi speaking is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Quick learning attitude and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Candidates with NEBOSH certification will have an added advantage.
- 2-year service commitment
