HRMS Implementation Executive

TexlaCulture.ai is looking for an HRMS Implementation Executive to work with customers during HRMS setup, rollout, training and support.

This role is for someone who understands HR processes and enjoys working with HR teams across different organisations. You will report directly to the Founder and work closely with the Product and Engineering teams. You will learn how HRMS solutions are planned, implemented and improved for real customers.

What you will do

- You will lead the implementation process for assigned customers.
- You will understand the customer’s HR workflows and help translate them into the right HRMS setup. This includes employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll and other day-to-day HR processes.
- You will schedule and manage customer HR calls, understand their questions, prepare clear meeting notes, track action items and follow up until work is completed.
- You will support product testing, user training and go-live activities. After go-live, you will handle routine support requests,



share updates and help customers use the system properly.
- When a customer asks for a change or a new requirement, you will understand the problem, document it clearly and share it with the Founder and Engineering team for review.

What we are looking for

- You should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HRMS implementation, HRMS support, HR tech customer support, or HR operations with HRMS exposure.
- You should understand HR processes such as onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll and separation.
- You should be good with Excel and comfortable working with employee data, reports, implementation checklists and customer documentation.
- You should communicate clearly with customers and internal teams. You should be organised, patient, responsible and reliable about closing follow-ups.
