We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic HRM Faculty member to deliver engaging lectures in Human Resource Management, prepare lesson plans, evaluate student performance, and mentor students. The ideal candidate will contribute to curriculum development, promote an interactive learning workplace, and stay updated with current HR practices and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Human Resource Management courses effectively.

- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials.

- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.

- Mentor and guide students in their academic development.

- Contribute to curriculum development and academic activities.

- Stay updated with HR trends and incorporate relevant practices into teaching.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), or a related field.

- Prior teaching and industry experience is preferred.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
