Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR professional for the role of HRBP – Compensation & Benefits. The individual will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives while managing the Compensation &

Benefits function for the organization. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive employee engagement, support talent management initiatives, and ensure effective rewards and performance management practices. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Compensation &

Benefits along with exposure to HRBP responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

- Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs across the organization.

- Conduct salary benchmarking and market compensation analysis.

- Drive annual compensation review cycles including increments, promotions, bonuses, and variable pay.

- Support compensation structuring and offer fitments for new hires and internal transfers.

- Design and implement reward and recognition initiatives.

- Ensure compensation practices are aligned with internal policies and market standards.

- Manage employee benefits including insurance, wellness programs, gratuity, PF,



and other statutory benefits.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.

- Prepare compensation analytics, reports, and dashboards for leadership review.

HRBP

- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support.

- Drive workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management initiatives.

- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, people practices, and employee relations.

- Support performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent discussions.

- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.

- Partner with stakeholders on succession planning and leadership development.

- Handle employee grievance management and provide HR solutions aligned with business needs.

- Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making
