HR Intern

Work Location - Film City, Noida We are looking for an Intern to Support HRBP to assist in day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. This role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of HR processes and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain. Key Responsibilities

Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee data records.

Update and track HR dashboards (employee status, performance records, engagement records, etc.) using Excel/Google Sheets.

Coordinate with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders for contracts, HR communications, and process support.

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives. ✅ Eligibility Criteria

Basic knowledge of HR processes with eagerness to learn and support operations.

Strong communication skills; comfortable reaching out via calls, emails, or messages.
