What You'll Do

- Source and connect with candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
- Post job openings and support employer branding initiatives.
- Assist in hiring for startups and diverse client organisations.

Whom We're Looking For

- MBA (HR) student or recent graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
