1-2 year Experience | Full Time | Maharani Enclave, Hastsal, Delhi We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to handle end-to-end hiring processes and support overall HR operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about talent acquisition and building a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups

Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Handle interview coordination and candidate communication

Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Support general HR activities and reporting Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduation Experience: 1–2 years in recruitment or HR Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment processes





Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Good organizational and time-management skills
