Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for talent acquisition. Fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship or experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
