We are looking for a sincere and enthusiastic HR Recruiter / Placement Coordinator to join our recruitment consultancy in Thalore, Thrissur.

Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Thalore, Thrissur will be preferred.

Experience: Min 2 years Recruitment experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for various job openings.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly.
- Handle recruitment documentation and placement coordination.
- Build and maintain good relationships with candidates.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Female candidates .
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Age: Up to 40 years.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Hindi and Malayalam and English communication.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off

Preferred Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
