As we continuously launch new batches across multiple technologies, we are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter who can build and maintain a strong network of experienced part-time trainers.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and resourceful HR Recruiter responsible for continuously sourcing, screening, onboarding, and coordinating part-time trainers for our software and technology courses. Since new batches are launched regularly, this role requires ongoing recruitment to ensure trainer availability at all times.

The recruiter will also act as the primary coordinator between trainers, management,



and students to ensure classes are conducted smoothly and completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities Trainer Recruitment

- Continuously source qualified part-time trainers for various IT and software courses.
- Recruit trainers for evening batches conducted between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Build and maintain a strong database of freelance and part time trainers.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical teaching experience.
- Coordinate technical interview rounds with the management team.
- Negotiate trainer availability, schedules, and compensation.
- Ensure trainer availability before every new batch starts.
