Role Overview

We're looking for an HR Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist who can build and manage a steady pipeline of fresh computer science graduates (CSE, IT, BCA, MCA) from Uttar Pradesh for our Flagship AI Native program. This is a sourcing-and-outreach-heavy role — not a traditional corporate HR role — focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Source fresh CS/IT/BCA/MCA graduates (final-year and recently passed-out) from UP colleges and universities using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job/talent platforms
- Build and maintain a database of candidate leads (college, batch year, contact details, course)
- Use LinkedIn's Alumni tool, Boolean search, and relevant groups to identify targeted graduate pools by college and graduation year
- Post and manage job/program listings on Naukri, Indeed, and other portals to generate inbound applications
- Conduct initial outreach via LinkedIn connection requests, InMail,



WhatsApp, and calls to introduce the program
- Screen candidates for basic eligibility (course, graduation year, location, intent)
- Coordinate with the admissions counselling team to hand off qualified leads for enrollment counselling and conversion
- Track sourcing metrics — leads generated, response rate, qualified handoffs — and report weekly to management

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment, talent sourcing, or campus hiring (freshers with solid LinkedIn/Naukri sourcing skills also considered)
- Hands-on working knowledge of LinkedIn (search, Alumni tool, Boolean search, InMail/connection outreach), Naukri Recruiter/Naukri RMS, and Indeed employer tools
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and Hindi/Hinglish
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and cold messaging
- Basic data/spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking leads and pipeline status
- Self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable working independently on sourcing goals

Preferred

- Prior experience recruiting/sourcing specifically in the EdTech, training, or placement industry
- Familiarity with Uttar Pradesh's college landscape (engineering colleges, BCA/MCA programs)
- Experience with Sales Navigator or other premium sourcing tools
