We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter & HR Manager who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while supporting key HR operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, HR documentation, and performance management.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

- Coordinate technical and final interview rounds.

- Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

HR Operations

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and compliance.

- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and HR policies.

- Support employee engagement and team-building activities.

- Resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work culture.

- Conduct performance review coordination and employee feedback sessions.

- Assist management in HR strategy and workforce planning.

Employer Branding

- Create hiring campaigns for LinkedIn and social media.

- Promote company culture and career opportunities.





- Build relationships with colleges and recruitment partners.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- 1–6 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.

- Knowledge of ATS, HRMS, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
