Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of recruitment experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.
- Schedule interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters, negotiate salary within approved budgets, and manage offer rollouts.
- Coordinate pre-employment verification and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives, when required.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.




- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labor laws.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, IT, or similar industries.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Good knowledge of HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
