We are looking for energetic and result-oriented recruiters to join our team.

Key Responsibilities· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. · Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. · Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability. · Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates. · Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. · Build and maintain a talent pipeline. · Update candidate records in the recruitment database. · Achieve monthly hiring and interview targets. · Build strong relationships with candidates and clients. · Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Eligibility· Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).



· 0–3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with valuable communication may apply). · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and job portals. · Self-motivated and target-oriented.
