HR Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Laiba Technologies LLC is looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, finding good candidates, and helping with the hiring process.

Job Responsibilities

- Search for candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Call candidates and conduct initial screening.
- Schedule interviews with the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
- Keep candidate information updated in the recruitment system.
- Work with the team to close open positions on time.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA,



or a related field.
- Completed an HR internship.
- At least 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working from our Noida office.
- Willing to work the US shift.

Salary ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
