Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive :We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Similar consultancy recruiter roles emphasize handling the full recruitment lifecycle and managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements. Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until joining. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable profiles.

Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.



Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future requirements.

Required

Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and screening abilities. Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Should make strategies to source Blue Collar candidates(labour, technician, worker, Maintance staff) Basic MS Excel and MS Office skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple openings. Good negotiation and follow-up skills. Team player with a positive attitude. Should build up Team Management, guide Junior too. Qualification:Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred). candidates with 3-6 years of recruitment experience can apply.

Preferred

Experience:Experience in consultancy or manpower recruitment.

Experience in bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment is an added advantage.
