At Invencio Tech OPC Private Limited, we deliver creative technology, sales, and service solutions. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboard talent, and support our daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition &
- Recruitment:

- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews for open positions (Sales, Technical Support, Operations).

- Manage job postings on platforms like Indeed and track applicant pipelines.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

- Onboarding &

- Offboarding:

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including offer letters, documentation, and orientation.

- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.

- Employee Engagement &

- HR Support:

- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and workplace environment.





- Assist management with performance tracking, attendance management, and general office HR tasks.

Key Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles (freshers with strong communication skills and HR internships are welcome).

- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Traits: Proactive, organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple hiring requests simultaneously.

- Location: On-site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Pay: ₹9,449.24 - ₹30,814.12 per month
