Location: Remote ( Preferable if the candidate location is Bengaluru) Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles.

Experience in bench recruiting will be considered a robust advantage.

Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

Utilize job portals and professional networks, especially LinkedIn, to identify and attract potential candidates

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs

Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs





Assist in bench recruiting activities (preferred), including marketing bench candidates and coordinating placements

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Required Skills Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals

Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices Preferred Qualifications Experience in bench recruiting is an added advantage

Familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus

Experience in testing HRMS modules such as leave management and time sheet systems.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Strong negotiation and coordination skills Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
