- Sourcing & Posting: Post job openings on job boards (such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or Naukri) and search resume databases for qualified applicants.
- Screening: Review incoming applications and conduct brief initial phone or video screenings to evaluate basic qualifications.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendar invites and follow-up emails.
- Database Management: Update and maintain candidate tracking systems (ATS) and internal HR databases with accurate hiring data.
- Candidate Experience: Communicate status updates professionally to applicants to ensure a smooth, welcoming hiring process
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
