HR Recruiter Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) Envision Overseas Education Consultants is a leading overseas education consultancy committed to helping students achieve their global education aspirations. We believe our people are our greatest strength, and we're looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to help us build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare job postings and ensure positions are advertised on relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding new employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR documentation.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
