We are looking for a proactive Non IT Recruiter to support our hiring process for domestic clients. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic clients.
- Coordinate between clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely updates.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
- Support in any additional HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.




- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
