Job Title: HR Recruitment Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers to recruit the best talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with selected candidates for offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.

Required Skills:





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred (optional).

Experience:

- Fresher to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
