Job Overview

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter - BFSI Sector to support recruitment and talent acquisition activities for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for Banking, NBFC, AMC sector positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate resumes based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future BFSI hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or HR Recruitment.
