*Job Title: HR Recruiter We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records accurately. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process. Assist with onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. Robust communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
