Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior HRIS Analyst to support the organization's HR reporting, analytics, data governance, and HR systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with HR data, enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, and developing insightful reports and dashboards that enable informed business decisions. This role will partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, optimize reporting capabilities, and drive process improvements through automation and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex HR reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Produce recurring reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment, diversity, absenteeism, leave management, and organizational changes.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and workforce analytics to support HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve HRIS reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-driven reporting capabilities.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support annual HR processes, including salary reviews, performance management cycles, bonus planning, and organizational planning.
HR Data Management & Governance
- Maintain the accuracy, quality, and integrity of HR data across enterprise HR systems.
- Perform regular data audits, validation checks, and data cleansing activities.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and organizational data governance policies.
- Develop and maintain reporting standards,
process documentation, and data governance guidelines.
HR Systems Support
- Support HR Cloud reporting and future HRIS reporting enhancements.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and implementation of new HRIS features and enhancements.
- Provide end-user support and training on HRIS reporting tools and functionality.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams to improve HR systems and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an HR Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or in an HR data analytics environment.
- Proven experience supporting HR operations within a fast-paced, global organization.
- Robust understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and HR data management principles.
- Experience with HR reporting automation and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
