Job Role

- HR Recruiter

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee records, payroll support, and employee engagement activities.

- Handle HR documentation, employee queries, and support smooth HR processes.

- Coordinate with employees and management to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Manage the complete recruitment process.

- Source candidates through various channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews.

- Support employee onboarding activities.

Employee Records Management

- Maintain and update employee records.

- Manage attendance records.

- Maintain leave records.

- Maintain employee personal files.

- Update and manage HR databases.

Payroll Support

- Assist in payroll processing.

- Collect and verify payroll inputs.

- Ensure timely submission of payroll-related information.





- Coordinate with relevant teams for payroll activities.

HR Documentation

- Prepare and issue HR documents.

- Draft offer letters.

- Prepare appointment letters.

- Issue confirmation letters.

- Prepare experience letters.

- Maintain proper HR documentation.

Employee Engagement & Relations

- Coordinate employee engagement activities.

- Organize internal events and activities.

- Handle employee queries and concerns.

- Support grievance handling.

- Assist in conflict resolution.
