We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive with 2+ years of experience (Retail industry experience is mandatory). The ideal candidate will manage the complete employee lifecycle, payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, LWF), HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration while ensuring compliance with labor laws and supporting business objectives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of HR Operations experience
- Retail industry experience is mandatory
- Solid knowledge of payroll, HR compliance, PF, ESI, LWF, and labor laws
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
