We are building a scalable, patient-focused healthcare ecosystem for Assam and Northeast India.

The Role

We are looking for an HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager who can build and manage our HR function through hands-on execution.

This role is suitable for an HR skilled who can independently manage recruitment, employee documentation, HR operations, policies, compliance coordination, performance systems, employer branding, and employee experience.

This is not an advisory-only position. You will be responsible for setting up practical HR processes and ensuring that they are followed consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hiring across departments.

Source and screen candidates and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Build structured hiring workflows, evaluation formats, and recruitment dashboards.

Manage employee files, letters, contracts, joining formalities, attendance, leave, and probation records.

Draft and implement essential HR policies and internal communications.

Coordinate statutory-compliance documentation with consultants or relevant teams.

Establish goal-setting, KPI, performance-review,



and appraisal processes.

Manage employee feedback and grievances professionally and confidentially.

Coordinate induction and role-specific training.

Maintain HR MIS and provide regular reports to the Founder/CEO.

Develop employer-branding content and improve recruitment marketing across relevant channels.

Track which platforms and hiring messages produce better-quality applicants.

Mandatory Requirements

2–6 years of relevant HR operations, HR generalist, or talent-acquisition experience.

MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent HR specialisation is mandatory.

Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment.

Practical knowledge of employee documentation and HR operations.

Working knowledge of PF, ESI, professional tax, and Indian HR-compliance fundamentals.

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Ability to build and implement processes independently.

Strong communication, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Must be willing to work on-site in Guwahati.

Preferred

Experience as a standalone HR professional or an early-stage HR hire.

Exposure to healthcare, hospitality, startups, or SMEs.

Familiarity with HRMS or attendance-management tools.
