About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced HR Operations Leader to oversee and optimize our payroll and HR functions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of comprehensive HR operations experience, with at least 5 years leading large-scale payroll and HR teams.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and implementing digital transformation initiatives to enhance HR efficiency. Qualifications

- Minimum of 15 years of HR operations experience, with a solid focus on payroll management.




- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing large HR and payroll teams.
- Proven expertise in managing payroll for large employee populations across multiple locations.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll platforms, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret HR analytics and reports.
- Excellent vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large, multi-location employee base, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies across different regions.
- Lead and develop the HR operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Implement and optimize HRMS and payroll platforms, driving digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics, analytics,



and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to streamline HR and payroll services.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance and risk mitigation.
- Support employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies, providing excellent service and guidance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to HR digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
