About the Role

Ventura Work Force Solutions is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to own and run our Employer of Record (EOR) programs end to end. You will be the single point of accountability for the full employee lifecycle across the clients and geographies we serve — from onboarding through payroll, benefits/insurance administration, compliance, and offboarding. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who thrives on process rigor, cross-border employment nuances, and delivering a smooth experience for both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end EOR program delivery: manage the complete employee lifecycle for client-employed workers across multiple entities/geographies.
- Onboarding: run new-hire onboarding — contracts, statutory documentation, background verification coordination, system setup, and Day-1 readiness.
- Offboarding: manage exits including full-and-final settlement, statutory clearances, exit documentation, and knowledge transfer coordination with clients.
- Payroll: coordinate and validate monthly payroll cycles with payroll vendors/partners across regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
- Insurance &

benefits: administer group health insurance, life/accident cover, and other statutory and voluntary benefits; manage enrollments, endorsements, claims escalations, and renewals.

- Compliance: ensure adherence to labor law, statutory filings, and audit requirements across all states/countries in scope; maintain documentation for internal and client audits.
- Vendor management: manage relationships with payroll processors,

insurance providers, background verification agencies, and other EOR-ecosystem vendors.
- Client & employee experience: act as the escalation point for HR operations queries from client stakeholders and employees; drive SLA adherence.
- Process improvement: build and refine SOPs, checklists, and trackers to scale EOR operations; identify automation opportunities.
- Reporting: maintain dashboards/trackers for headcount, payroll accuracy, compliance status, and turnaround times; report to leadership.

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, or EOR/PEO program management.
- Demonstrated experience running end-to-end HR ops — onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and insurance/benefits administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Indian statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act); multi-country EOR exposure is a plus.
- Experience working with or managing payroll vendors, insurance brokers/TPAs, and BGV agencies.
- Comfortable owning multiple client accounts/programs simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadline discipline.
- Proficiency with HRIS/HCM platforms and payroll systems; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to work directly with clients, employees, and vendors.
- Prior experience in an EOR, PEO, staffing, or HR shared-services organization is strongly preferred.

What We Offer

- A core operational role with direct ownership of client-facing EOR programs.
- Chance to build and scale HR operations processes as the business grows.
