Team: Management

Location: Noida

Work Schedule: Full-time

Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
- Develop attractive job descriptions and recruitment marketing material.
- Maintain HR records and support employee engagement activities.

Marketing Support (Secondary)

- Create impactful PPT presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Assist in developing marketing collaterals, digital content, and event coordination.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent PowerPoint (PPT) skills – ability to design and deliver high-quality, engaging presentations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / employer branding will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
