Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resources operations and supporting a positive workplace culture.



The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, as well as maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data. The HR Manager will handle performance management frameworks, employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities also include designing and implementing HR policies, coordinating training and development initiatives, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development. The HR Manager will act as a trusted point of contact for employees, fostering engagement, inclusion, and transparent communication across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
