About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage core HR operations, drive employee engagement, and support talent acquisition at Netport Systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR functions and a passion for building a positive, high-performance workplace culture in a technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Post and manage job openings on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Administer HR policies, employee handbook, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programmes
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and feedback processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation (offer letters, contracts, exit formalities)
- Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, and other statutory requirements
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, leave, and variable pay inputs




- Assist in training needs assessment and coordinate learning & development programmes

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 35 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a technology or product company
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act)
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Experience

- Experience recruiting for technical roles in hardware, embedded systems, or engineering domains
- Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and benefits administration
- SHRM or equivalent HR certification
