About the Role

We're looking for an HR Manager to independently own and modernize our HR & Admin function building data-backed, AI-enabled processes across recruitment, performance, and employee lifecycle management for a growing apparel manufacturing and distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage end-to-end hiring: JDs, sourcing, screening, offer letters, agreements, induction, ID issuance, and verification formalities.

- Exit & Offboarding – Handle exit interviews, relieving letters, full-and-final settlements, and access closure.

- Employee Records & HR Systems – Maintain structured, audit-ready employee data and documentation systems.

- Attendance, Payroll &

Compensation – Own attendance tracking, CTC structuring, payroll coordination, and travel expense verification.

- Statutory Compliance – Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labour law, and other applicable regulations.

- Performance Management – Maintain KRA/KPI frameworks across departments and track performance outcomes.

- Compensation & Increment Framework – Design and administer the company's performance appraisal and increment cycle in line with KRA/KPI outcomes.





- People Analytics – Track hiring turnaround, attrition trends, and workforce data to support decision-making.

- Learning & Development – Identify skill gaps and drive structured upskilling across teams.

- Employee Engagement & Wellbeing – Run regular engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms; ensure fair, unbiased hiring and workplace practices.

- Cross-Functional Coordination – Partner with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics, IT, Admin, and Design on HR-related matters.

- Process Automation (AI-Driven) – Digitize and automate HR SOPs, reporting, and tracking using AI tools; lead AI adoption across other departments.

- General Administration – Oversee vendor coordination, petty cash review, and office administration.
