Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and franchise operations, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, vendor management, campus hiring, and recruitment MIS.

•⁠ ⁠Manage HR operations, including onboarding, HRMS, attendance, leave management, employee documentation, confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes while ensuring compliance across all locations.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure statutory compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, POSH, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Drive franchise HR initiatives, including hiring, induction, HR audits, staffing standards, and manpower planning.

•⁠ ⁠Design and manage Performance Management Systems (KRA/KPI), appraisals, employee development, and training programs.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports covering recruitment, compliance, attrition, attendance, and manpower planning.

•⁠ ⁠Lead employee engagement initiatives, performance improvement, and employee relations.





•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with recruitment partners and internal stakeholders to support business expansion.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies and ethical HR practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

•⁠ At least 3 years in an HR Manager role.

•⁠ ⁠Experience handling recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.

•⁠ ⁠Exposure to franchise or multi-location HR will be an added advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Solid communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
