About The Role We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support our expanding U.S. operations from India. This strategic HR role is pivotal in managing recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, policy implementation, and supporting our U.S.-based workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of U.S. employment practices, labor laws, and regulations, and be adept at navigating complex compliance requirements.

This position offers a long-term remote working arrangement, allowing you to work closely with our leadership team during U.S. business hours. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our HR strategies, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive employee experience across our U.S. operations.

Qualifications The successful candidate will have a proven track record supporting U.S.-based companies and possess a comprehensive understanding of U.S. HR practices. A strong knowledge of employment lifecycle management, labor laws, and compliance is essential.

Candidates should have experience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement,



and HR policy development. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment platforms is preferred.

Relevant certifications such as SHRM or HRCI will be advantageous. A background in handling remote international teams and knowledge of U.S. employment regulations will be highly valued.

Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.

- Prepare and extend offer letters, coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation in compliance with legal standards.
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with U.S. employment laws.
- Support employee relations initiatives, address HR-related concerns professionally, and promote a positive workplace environment.
- Research and interpret U.S. labor laws and employment regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- Coordinate performance reviews, probation evaluations, and employee development programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information at all times.
- Collaborate with management on organizational planning, workforce needs, and strategic HR initiatives.




- Support payroll coordination and HR administration activities as needed.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, fostering a strong company culture and employee satisfaction.
- Generate HR reports, analyze recruitment metrics, and provide workforce analytics to inform decision-making. Areas of Work Talent Acquisition - Recruitment strategy and execution

- Implementing HR compliance measures
- Managing employment documentation and legal requirements
- Policy formulation and updates
- Adopting HR best practices to ensure organizational adherence Employee Relations - Providing support and guidance to employees
- Facilitating performance discussions and reviews
- Resolving workplace conflicts effectively
- Coordinating training and development programs
- Driving employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives Preferred Qualifications - Experience working directly with U.S.-based organizations and remote international teams
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR compliance, and workplace regulations
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment platforms
- Strong documentation skills and understanding of compliance processes
- HR certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, or similar are a plus
- Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel to the United States is preferred but not mandatory Working Hours
