Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to build and lead our Human

Resource function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding,

statutory compliance (Tamil Nadu Shops & Establishment Act, PF/ESI, Factory Act), payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement.

This is a core role as the company is transitioning from an unstructured setup to a process driven, scalable manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

�Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Design job descriptions and source candidates for all departments (Sales, Production,

Design, etc.)
- Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes
- Build a candidate database for current and future roles
- Liaise with placement agencies, technical institutes, ITIs, etc.

� HR Policies & Processes
- Develop HR policies and employee handbook
- Create SOPs for onboarding, exit, and employee lifecycle
- Maintain proper employee records (digital + physical)

� Statutory Compliance & Payroll
- Ensure full compliance with:

o Tamil Nadu Shops & Establishment Act o Factories Act o PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour laws
- Liaise with auditors and consultants for labour law filings
- Coordinate attendance, leave,



and payroll processing

� Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
- Conduct orientation, feedback sessions, and employee welfare activities
- Address and resolve HR-related concerns professionally
- Improve retention and workplace culture

Performance Management
- Assist department heads with appraisal processes
- Set up KRA/KPI formats for key roles
- Identify training needs and organize skill-building programs

Eligibility & Skills Required

Criteria Details

Education MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW (Human Resource), or equivalent

Experience 5+ years in HR, preferably in manufacturing or machinery industries

Location Tamil Nadu-based candidates preferred

Language Skills Fluent in Tamil, English, Hindi

Tech Skills Familiarity with HRMS, MS Excel, PF/ESI Portals, Payroll Tools

Pay: ₹15,641.26 - ₹54,632.94 per month
