As an HR Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in scaling our talent operations—from candidate sourcing to onboarding—while gaining exposure to modern HR tech and employer branding in a high-velocity startup setting.

Role & Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment support: job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication via email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires—document collection, system access setup, and welcome kit distribution
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate statuses, feedback, and interview notes
- Support HR initiatives like employee engagement surveys, intern check-ins, and internship program documentation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and improve candidate sourcing channels




- Contribute to employer branding by helping draft social media posts, student testimonials, and campus engagement content

Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Excel
- LinkedIn Recruiter (basic)
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) navigation
- HRIS tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar)
- Communication skills (email/WhatsApp/phone)

Preferred

- Canva for HR collateral design
- Basic understanding of recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate)
- Experience with campus hiring or student outreach programs
