Good Fellow Consultancy (a unit of Bullion Marketing) is looking for an HR Intern to support our hiring, onboarding, and people operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real HR experience in a fast-growing hospitality marketing agency.

Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates

- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and confirmation letters

- Maintain employee and intern records

- Support onboarding for new hires and interns

- Track attendance, leave requests, and deliverable sheets for freelancers

- Help draft HR policies and documentation as needed

- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

- Prior HR internship experience is a plus, not mandatory

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹24,089.47 per month
